Consumer Protection alleges that Cervantes tradesman James Sinclair Thomson, trading as Perth House Relocators or JT Projects or JST Projects Australasia, has left nine customers from regional WA out of pocket.
Several complainants said Mr Thomson became uncontactable, refused to issue refunds or requested more money after failing to meet deadlines or carry out the work they had paid for.
