Pisciotta will seek to dismiss the case within 45 days of the agreement. His representatives accused Pisciotta of “blackmail and extortion,” described her allegations as “baseless” and said she was terminated because she was “unqualified.” Pisciotta added allegations of assault, sexual battery and “oral rape” in July 2025, including claims involving a 2021 business trip. Ye denied the expanded allegations through his representatives, who called them “absurd and outlandish” and “fantasy fiction.”
