Court records obtained by Us Weekly show that Marcellus surrendered his Glock 9mm at 6:25 p.m. on Monday, July 27. Marcellus previously said the weapon had been kept in the marital bedroom and that Annemarie’s temporary restraining order prevented him from returning to the home to collect it. The temporary restraining order remains in effect. Marcellus must stay at least 100 yards away from Annemarie, 42, and cannot take the children outside Los Angeles County.
