ABC 57ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. -- A 64-year-old Bridgman man is dead following a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon on US 12. The Michigan State Police reports troopers are investigating the crash which happened around 12:09 p.m., near Lima Road in White Pigeon Township. The initial investigation determined a GMC Envoy, driven by a 20-year-old White Pigeon man, was traveling east on US 12 before attempting to pass two vehicles. The Envoy then struck an oncoming GMC box truck, driven by a Bridgman man, head-onThe box truck driver suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Envoy suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Bronson Hospital.
