Team Zambia boxer Albert Ngulube’s quest for a Commonwealth Games medal came to an end on Wednesday night after a spirited performance in the Men’s 60kg Quarter-Final at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. ‎‎Despite the defeat, the young boxer can hold his head high after an impressive debut at the Commonwealth Games, where he competed confidently against one of the tournament’s top-ranked boxers. ‎‎On the running track, Team Zambia sprinter Edna Ng’andula’s quest for a place in the Women’s 200m final came to an unfortunate end after she was disqualified in the semi-final. ‎‎She will now turn her attention to the Mixed 4x400m Relay, where she will aim to help Team Zambia deliver another strong performance. ‎‎Despite the setbacks, Team Zambia continues to compete with determination, resilience, and pride as the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games enter the decisive stages.
