What has been the experience of other fast-track courts?
The government has announced that fast-track courts would be set up in the four High Courts where cases related to the NEET leak are ongoing.
As on December 31, 2025, there were 2.45 lakh cases pending with these fast-track courts, the Minister’s reply showed.
The cases disposed of by the fast-track courts have gone from 76,319 in 2023 to 85,595 in 2024 to 66,500 in 2025.
