Claude users who believed their conversations with the popular AI chatbot were private, got a rude shock after learning that those chats could be accessed with a simple Google search. Dozens of such user conversations with Claude were found to be discoverable via search engines like Google and Bing, as per reports. A possible explanation for this is that Anthropic allows Claude users to create public links to their chat threads.
