LOS ANGELES—Lakers superstar Luka Doncic is preparing for the 2026-27 NBA season and getting to know his new teammates. Doncic is hosting a four-day minicamp in his home country Slovenia, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin. Last season Doncic leads the league in scoring with 33.5 points per game, adding 8.3 assists and 7.7 rebounds. The minicamp Doncic is hosting gives the team an opportunity to gel with the team over time and get better with each other. Luka Doncic is now the undisputed number one on the team and looks to take action as a leader.
