AdvertisementA MAN arrested in connection with the disappearance of a Limerick native has been released without charge. Gardai have said that a man in his 20’s, arrested on this Wednesday (July 29) in relation to the investigation into the whereabouts of Charlie Clarke has been released without charge and a file is being sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions. Charlie ‘Lachy’ Clarke, aged 65, originally from Rhebogue in Limerick city but living in the Liberties area of Dublin 8, has not been seen alive for more than five weeks. Gardai in Dublin – where Mr Clarke lived in recent years – are investigating whether he was stabbed to death in an apartment before his body was moved to an unknown location.
