Joshua Tilley, 23, and partner Rachel Everest Moore, 23, from Annfield Plain, were preparing to welcome their first baby girl earlier this month. Instead, baby Willow was stillborn at University Hospital of North Durham on July 11. When staff checked Rachel the following morning, they discovered Willow had died. Meanwhile, the couple, who also share a three-year-old son, are now grieving their baby girl rather than enjoying their first weeks as a family of four. Sarah said: "We can’t help but feel that this could have been avoided because of what happened before, and we should still have baby Willow with us."
