As previously reported in the Advertiser, a temporary bus service from Coalsnaughton was introduced to connect villagers to the rest of the Wee County bus network. Clackmannanshire Council said: “Due to closure of The Glen in Coalsnaughton, the H2 and 52 are diverting along the A908. “The bus stop at Benview (southbound) will be served. Previous bus stop locations are recommended for residents in Devon Village, Benview and Devonside to 'hail', however any straight section of this road with footways can also be used. “Passengers should put their hand out when the bus is approaching to indicate to the driver you wish the bus to stop.
