The fire broke out on Loudwater Lane, between Loudwater and Croxley Green, at 4.34pm on Wednesday (July 29). "I’d like to thank the firefighters on scene, and the staff in our control room, who managed this significant incident effectively." Officer Hall said hot, dry conditions have increased the risk of wildfires.
