Lerwick Sheriff Court. A man has been ordered to complete unpaid work after he admitted driving while intoxicated through drink or drugs. Gary David Latham, of Hoofields, Lerwick, was due to face trial today (Thursday) at Lerwick Sheriff Court, however he pleaded guilty at the last minute. Sheriff Mann considered Mr Allan’s appeal and ordered Latham to undertake unpaid work. Latham was told he must complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
