Airbnb has partnered with London flexible office provider Oneder to offer workspaces through its website, in what the company claimed is the first service of its kind. Oneder is initially offering two sites: Stanhope’s Kindling in White City and Chanel in King’s Cross, which Oneder agreed a 10-year management deal for in 2024. “In the UK, 28% of office workers are now hybrid on any given week, 88% of companies offer hybrid working, 66% of office workers enjoy a hybrid policy, and there are expected to be over 60 million digital nomads worldwide by 2030.” He added: “Oneder has always believed in the importance of democratising workspace and offering flexibility in time, space and place. “Our partnership with Airbnb helps to give more people than ever access to enjoy our spaces and our community.”
