Luscombe Motors has paid out £170,000 in profit share bonuses to employees following a record year for the business. The group has been diversifying with the opening of a 400 sq m Omoda Jaecoo showroom. It has also invested in aftersales, refurbishing a 1,000 sq m workshop, the addition of a second MOT testing lane and the recruitment of technicians. Looking ahead, Luscombe Motors expects to exceed 100 employees, deliver around 5,000 new and used vehicles, generate more than £4mn in parts sales and achieve turnover in excess of £100m during the current financial year. “We wanted our profit share scheme to reflect that philosophy, because everyone contributes to our success and everyone deserves to share in it.
