CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said the government must explain how it plans to prevent such incidents before they occur.
Ashutosh Ranka Raises Questions Over Exam ReformsSpeaking about the Bill, Ranka said the discussion should not be limited to measures taken after a paper leak, such as fast-track courts, penalties and punishments.
He said reforms in these institutions, along with accountability of vendors involved in the exam process, are necessary to prevent future leaks.
