DOJ seeks to use special court to deport Afghan woman alleged to have ties to terrorists

Just The News - Not The Noise
The Justice Department wants to convince a federal judge to deport an Afghan woman who prosecutors allege is tied to an Isis-sympathizing family.
The DOJ is pushing the case through a special court that was created under Democratic President Bill Clinton three decades ago but has never been used before, according to CBS News.
The DOJ alleges that Zada supported the men's conspiracy, pledged loyalty to ISIS and indoctrinated her children with ISIS ideology.
Proceedings through the Alien Terrorist Removal Court don't permit suspects to review the classified information against them, and they aren't allowed to legally challenge how the evidence was collected.
Applications for removal must be certified by the attorney general and are reviewed by the court ex parte and in camera.
