Model and Smart Secondary Schools were built in the three Senatorial Zones of Radda, Jikamshi and Dumirkul in Katsina state. Katsina State is not waiting for the National grid to improve, it is improving on its own. Governor Radda started his fight against insecurity from the time he was complaining for governorship. Indeed a lot have been seen from governor Radda and much has been achieved under his leadership. It is clear that the transformation being seen in Katsina state, despite the insecurity bleeding parts of the state can better be described as the practical interpretation of experience.
