Fiera Milano will bring Host, a world-leading trade show for professional hospitality, food service and food retail, to the United States (US), featuring at the NAFEM Show in Orlando, Florida in 2027. Fiera Milano, which organises Host Milano, wants to strengthen its position in the US, with demand for professional hospitality equipment and technologies in the region set to reach €24.8 billion (US$28.28 billion) in 2025. Growth was largely driven by increased demand in professional equipment for coffee and bakery functions, according to ExportPlanning analysis conducted for Host Milano. Figures from ExportPlanning shows that Italian exports to the US have increased from €395 million (US$450.29 million) in 2019 to €689 million (US$785.44 million) in 2025. Host US will be showcased in partnership with the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers Show (NAFEM Show).
