Born and raised in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Sandy carried the values of hard work, kindness and family with her throughout her life. After graduating from Union Area High School, she earned an associate degree in Fashion Merchandising from The Wheeler School in Pittsburgh. While Sandy was proud of her career, her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her family. She leaves behind her son, Julion Bell and his wife, Irene; her daughter, Jasmine Bell; her beloved granddaughters, Noelle Bell and London Bell; her brothers, David Young and Dana Young; and many cherished nephews, nieces, relatives and dear friends.
