HM ships Tyne, Mersey and Severn, Batch 1 River-Class offshore patrol boats will be the first to go in 2028.
HMS Middleton, a Hunt-class mine countermeasures vessel currently undergoing a major refit at the docks following a five-year deployment stationed in the Gulf, is one of the five remaining Hunt-class ships to be withdrawn from service by 2031.
The other warships are HM ships Ledbury, Cattistock, Brocklesby, and Hurworth.
Answering a written question, Minister of State Luke Pollard did not give specific dates for each ship but stated: "The Royal Navy is gradually phasing out its traditionally crewed and complex mine countermeasure vessels, as modern, autonomous systems are delivered.
The veteran Hunt-class ship – in service since 1984 – returned to Britain in March.
