NewsBy Lauren BowesRory Gammell, founder of whisky brand Wee Smoky, has partnered with bartender and drinks consultant Jack Sotti to create a line of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails. Wee Smoky is a single grain Scotch whisky finished in peated casks, which Gammell created specifically for cocktails in 2020. While promoting the brand, Gammell realised many consumers believe they don’t like whisky and that cocktails can introduce a new audience to the category. Wee Smoky claims the RTD range is the ‘first’ of its kind dedicated to smoky whisky.
