BCB announces first speakers for new education programme

NewsBy Joe RogersThis year’s Bar Convent Berlin (BCB) will feature a ‘reimagined’ education programme with global hospitality leaders announced as speakers.
BCB’s organisers have broken their new approach to industry education into three pillars, inspired by the process of distillation: heads, hearts and tails.
Petra Lassahn, director of BCB, said: Education has always been one of the defining pillars of BCB.
First speakers announcedAlready confirmed as speakers for the new programme are Vijay Mudaliar of Native Bar in Singapore and Giacomo Giannotti of Barcelona’s Paradiso, who will lead a conversation about drink design with BCB education board member Maria Gorbatschova.
BCB education director Priyanka Blah will host a discussion on media relations, PR and messaging for bars and brands.
