The menu was created by co-founder Jack Sotti, bar manager Pedro Montero, head bartender Laurie Howells, and the wider bar team. A complete overhaul of the bar’s first menu, Second Nature features 16 new cocktails. The Strawberry & Cream Negroni is made from Botanist Gin, Campari, roasted strawberries, and burnt cream.
