A 26-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed near Central Avenue in Duluth on July 29 at about 9:09 p.m., according to the Duluth Police Department. According to court documents, Tyler James Matthew Lee, 26 of Duluth, has now been charged with assault for the stabbing. According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to McDonald’s at 428 North Central Ave. on July 29. The criminal complaint states that the victim was taunting Lee and following through the parking lot. After that, documents state that he took the blade out of the knife and threw the knife in a garbage can.
