(ABC 6 News)–The former Mayo Clinic doctor accused of killing his wife had his motion to dismiss his indictment denied. Connor Bowman faces first- and second-degree murder chages for allegedly poisining his wife Betty back in 2023. Bowman’s attorney argued prosecutors engaged in misconduct and that errors were made during the grand jury proceedings.
