A man who trespassed at a woman’s residence is to be sentenced in Magistrates’ Court in September.
Winslow Williams, 59, admitted trespassing at the property on Border Lane East, Devonshire, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The court heard that Williams entered from the back of the property on July 27 and stood in the living room.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson ordered social inquiry and drug reports to be written for Williams, who has several previous convictions, and remanded him into custody until September 17, when he could be sentenced for the offence.
Ms Anderson also ordered Williams to observe Drug Treatment Court starting tomorrow.
