FARGO — Elizabeth Smart, a nationally recognized advocate, author and speaker, has been announced as the featured speaker for the upcoming Women Connect Celebration hosted by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce.
The event will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sept. 22 at Scheel’s Center within the SHAC on the North Dakota State University campus.
