Parts of Czechia experienced a tropical night, with temperatures staying above 20 degrees Celsius until morning. According to the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ), the coming nights are expected to be even warmer. At 5 a.m. on Thursday, temperatures across most of the country ranged between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius. However, several weather stations recorded tropical nights, meaning temperatures did not fall below 20 degrees at any point. The warmest night is expected from Friday to Saturday, when temperatures in some areas may not drop below 24 degrees Celsius.
