Bermudian footballer Blayz Borgesson has signed for Sky Bet Championship club Burnley after leaving National League North side Radcliffe. Borgesson joined Radcliffe’s academy as a scholar last year after spells with Accrington Stanley and Salford City academies. “Blayz moving on to Burnley after such a fantastic season with our Academy is another incredibly proud moment for everyone connected with the club,” Quarmby said. “We are incredibly proud of Blayz and everyone who has played a part in his development. Radcliffe academy head Kyle Hall praised Borgesson’s attitude throughout the season.
