Most recently, Jones served as a sports performance coach for Gym Jax in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to coming to Lewisburg, Jones also served as an AAU Basketball Coach for Duval Elite in Jacksonville for three years. Over those three years, Jones worked as a self-employed basketball skill development trainer. She trained athletes ages 10-18 in individual and small-group basketball skill development sessions. She also mentored younger players by assisting with practices and skill development in multiple European women's basketball leagues.
