Social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, VDM, has asked organizers of South African singer, Tyla’s upcoming concert in Lagos to halt the show immediately. VDM, who lamented ongoing xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa, stated in a video he posted on his official Facebook page on Thursday that the concert will not happen. According to him, the South African singer will not be allowed to profit from Nigerians, whom some South Africans have repeatedly despised. He said, “There will be no Tyla concert in Nigeria. “Not when Chidinma Adetshina is battling deportation in South African court.
