Café manager Freek Joosten told local news network L1 that camera footage showed the perpetrators making several trips carrying stacks of chairs at around 4am. The chairs were tied down with iron cables and the grounds are monitored by multiple cameras. The museum, which sits on Avenue Céramique in the Limburg capital, specialises in visual arts. The terrace was recently renovated and the chairs were from designer Fermob Luxembourg. Joosten has temporarily reallocated the chairs from his catering business to use on the terrace.
