Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Chatfield woman with a long history of felony drug convictions has been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for a drug bust that occurred earlier this year.
Plea Agreement Resolves Two Criminal CasesForty-eight-year-old Shannon Marie Weisbrod was given a 125-month prison sentence on Tuesday after she entered into a plea agreement and admitted to a charge of first-degree drug possession.
Under the terms of her plea agreement, a first-degree drug sales charge in that case, along with a list of charges, including first-degree drug sales and second-degree drug possession in a second case, were dismissed.
The criminal complaint indicates investigators electronically and physically monitored her movements and observed that she was making multiple short trips each week to locations in the Twin Cities known for drug trafficking.
