A McKees Rocks man is accused of killing a man in Stowe. Arthur Davis, 39, is charged with criminal homicide and carrying a firearm without a license in connection with the July 25 fatal shooting. They also reviewed video footage from a camera in the alley showing a man running down Derby Alley, rolling under a pickup truck and then running toward Russellwood Avenue, the complaint said. Officers matched a set of car keys found at the scene to a white GMC Acadia parked nearby. They determined the vehicle was being used by its owner’s sister’s ex-boyfriend, identified as Davis, the complaint continued.
