Roger Johnson, 71, of Pullman, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026. He was born in 1954 to Frank Johnson, a local businessman, realtor and banker, and Barbara (Neill) Johnson of the Neill family. A fifth-generation Pullman native and the youngest of four children, Roger grew up deeply rooted in the community he would spend his life serving. In the summer of 1976, Roger traveled to Fairbanks, Alaska, with the love of his life, Lei Ann Frank. After their time in Alaska, Roger and Lei Ann moved to Bellingham, Wash., where Roger enrolled at Western Washington University to study art.
