Richmond RCMP reminds motorists to slow down in construction zones

of the Richmond RCMP Road Safety Unit (RSU) have been conducting enforcement in the construction zone at Westminster Highway and No. Niels Hermes of the Richmond RCMP RSU. “Drivers who ignore speed limits and traffic restrictions place construction workers, fellow motorists, and themselves at unnecessary risk.” If travelling through the construction zone, motorists are reminded to slow down, pay attention to signage, and follow all traffic directions. Richmond RCMP say they will continue enforcement efforts to help keep workers and motorists safe.
