An Arkansas man smashed glass, broke into two Midtown jewelry stores off Worth Avenue and stole high-end items worth nearly $150,000, Palm Beach Police said.
He remained at the Palm Beach County Jail on July 29 with his bail set at $130,000, jail records showed.

A front-window display case had been smashed and 23 pieces of jewelry worth $27,896 were stolen, a store representative told detectives.
