As a child, Sujhey Rosas never imagined she would be Miss Rodeo, much less Miss Rodeo California. Now, as Miss Rodeo California 2026, she will make her next stop at the Earl Warren Showgrounds this weekend for the Santa Barbara Rodeo. In her role as Miss Rodeo, Rosas represents California and its rodeo culture. The final part of the Miss Rodeo California pageant included a fashion show in which contestants model three different outfits. Even though Rosas has never attended the Santa Barbara Rodeo, she said other rodeo queens have praised the event.
