Health authorities in Unity State say Rubkona County has recorded more than 4,700 cholera cases as the outbreak continues to spread across the state. “These issues of cholera has been ongoing in Unity State. Puok said Rubkona recorded 63 cases in the past 24 hours, with 32 patients discharged and 21 still receiving care. Yes, there are death cases but past 24 hours there is no death cases. As per total we have 45 death cases since the beginning of this year 2026,” he said.
