Holiday, a brand that was headquartered in Minnetonka and had at one time more than 500 stores across 10 states, is being rebranded as Circle K, and more rebrands are on the way.
More Rebranded Stores Are On The WayThe changeover from Holiday to Circle K has been an ongoing process for the last 3-4 years since Holiday was purchased by Circle K's parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard [AC-T], in July of 2017.
At first, AC-T was going to keep the Holiday branding, but since 2022, there has been a slow and methodical rebranding of Holiday stores to Circle K's.
Most Stations Already Are Selling Circle K ProductsAs is the case with both the I-94 Holiday and the Royalton store, Circle K branding has already been featured inside the stores; it's now just about getting Circle K up outside the stores.
History of Holiday in MinnesotaThe Holiday brand goes back to the 1930's when the Erickson family owned stores in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
