The posters were taped to poles outside the Capitol and near an emergency room, according to photos posted by Save America Movement. The rumors intensified after footage emerged of first responders outside McConnell’s home following a report of an unconscious person. For now, McConnell’s absence from Capitol Hill leaves Republican senators with one fewer vote in their already razor-thin majority.
