Eduardo Garcia University of Oregon Campus Planning and Facilities Management work to remove one of many fallen trees across campus. The trial was originally scheduled for Sept. 16 and is now set for April 6, 2027. The request to postpone the trial was granted on July 13. The postponement comes just over a month after a previous attempt to postpone the trial by the plaintiff and both defendants was denied by Judge Karrie K. McIntyre. The lawyers for Fortis Construction did not respond for a request to comment.
