By Amos HarrisPAYNESVILLE — The Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) has launched a nationwide Change Readiness Tour to prepare its workforce across the country for a major institutional transformation designed to modernize tax administration, customs operations, and public service delivery. The initiative seeks to actively engage staff at all levels while evaluating their readiness to support the Authority’s ongoing reform agenda. Beginning this week with an interactive session at the LRA Headquarters in Paynesville, the tour will extend to Tax Business Offices and Customs Business Offices across all 15 counties, covering more than 25 locations before the LRA finalizes its Enterprise Change Management Strategy. The nationwide drive follows findings from the LRA’s initial Change Readiness Assessment conducted in April 2026. Throughout the tour, staff will share their perspectives, raise concerns, and offer recommendations.
