MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted a Newark man Monday for aggravated robbery and assault on a peace officer.
John F. Banks, of Mount Vernon, one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a fourth-degree felony.
Shannon E. Green, of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony.
James R. Eppich, of Mount Vernon, one count of domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.
Noah A. Trimble, of Mount Vernon, one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
