Officials believe Kosala Nagaram has similar potential because of its proximity to Tamil Nadu and its connectivity to major transport networks. Automobile manufacturers from Ambattur in Tamil Nadu have already expressed interest in setting up units at the park. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) currently owns 2,042.13 acres at Kosala Nagaram. Since developing such a large area will require significant investment, the government is considering involving private companies in the development of the industrial park. Officials believe these measures will accelerate the development of Kosala Nagaram into the State’s next major investment andmanufacturing hub.
