The streams and rivulets across Telangana are overflowing due to incessant rains with many reservoirs are receiving huge inflows of water.
The flood level in Godavari river at Bhadrachalam is on the rise with the water level crossing 27.4 feet.
The inflow and outflow of water in the Jurala projects are 91,000 cusecs and 81,695 cusecs respectively against the full reservoir level (FRL) 318.516 meters.
The reservoir’s total storage capacity is 9.657 TMC with the 7.371 TMC water held in the reservoir currently.
A year ago today the reservoir had 4.622 TMC of water with the water level at 1,391.30 feet.
