TUCSON – The Pima Community College Athletics department produced in the classroom as 10 of its 11 teams received 2025-26 NJCAA All-Academic recognition along with a new school record of 99 individual student-athletes earning All-Academic distinction. The Aztecs had a previous record of 88 individuals set last year and improved their collective GPA to 3.30 (3.237 in 2024-25). 29 individuals named to the Second Team and 47 who claimed Third Team honors. Pima took home six Region I Team Championships. The Pima Community College men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball teams begin fall practice for the 2026 season starting on Friday, August 1.
