Eustache Ntamwe Makoyo, Rector of St. Charles Borromeo Preparatory Seminary in the Catholic Diocese of Kabinda in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), as Bishop of the same Episcopal See. Following his Priestly ordination, he served as Vice Rector of St. Charles Borromeo Preparatory Seminary in Kabinda, Spiritual Director of Saint Pius X Minor Seminary, and President of the Diocesan Commission for the Liturgy. The Bishop-elect later pursued advanced studies in Rome, earning a bachelor's degree in musicology and a licentiate in vocal pedagogy from the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music. He also obtained a master's degree in liturgical music from the Pontifical Institute of Liturgy of Saint Anselm.
