Evenflo is voluntarily recalling nearly 60,000 REO by Revolve360 car seats due to risk of injury in a crash.
The rotating convertible car seats have 11 adjustable headrest positions, and under certain crash test conditions, the headrest was found to shift from a higher to a lower position.
According to the report from the NHTSA, if the headrest position shifts in a vehicle crash, there may be a heightened risk of injury.
This recall does NOT affect any other Evenflo car seat, including the Revolve180™, Revolve360™, Revolve360™ Extend, or Revolve360™ Slim modelsUntil the remedy is available, parents and caregivers may continue using affected REO™ car seats when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode or positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode.
We will notify registered owners as soon as the free remedy is available and provide instructions for obtaining it.
